About This Quiz

Love and marriage, love and marriage, go together like a horse and carriage... Well... usually, but that was not always the case with Al Bundy and his wife, Peggy from Married.... with Children. Al,  a high school football star turned shoe salesman played by Ed O'Neill, and Peggy (Katey Sagal), a stay-at-home mom who was prone to laziness, were known for their discontent and sometimes snarky relationship. This was certainly no Cosby Show.

The show, which originally aired from April 5, 1987 to June 9, 1997, is the longest-lasting live-action sitcom on Fox. It followed the lives of the couple and their children Kelly played by Christina Applegate and portrayed as an attractive ditz, and their son Bud who is smart but unpopular and was played by David Faustino.

Their neighbors include Steve Rhoades and his feminist wife Marcy, who later gets remarried to Jefferson D'Arcy, a white-collar criminal who becomes her "trophy husband" and Al's sidekick. Most of the story lines revolved around Al's schemes failing due to his own dim wit and bad luck.

Its theme song is "Love and Marriage" performed by Frank Sinatra from the 1955 television production Our Town.

Did you already know all that? If you consider yourself an expert or maybe just a fan, here's your chance to test your "Married... with Children" knowledge? Go ahead and take this quiz!
