About This Quiz

Some of the world's best cars and car manufacturers are found in Great Britain and, as of 2014, there are still more than 30 active British car manufacturers. Some of these iconic automobiles include the Aston Martin DB5, the Land Rover Defender, the McLaren F1, the Ford GT40 and the Caterham/ Lotus Seven. While many of them may not have been mass produced, and while some of them may have exceeded $2 million in cost, they were still groundbreaking cars, making them very important to Britain's automotive history.

Many of these cars were featured in magazines, on television shows and in blockbuster movies, motivating these companies to produce more cars of even better quality — with an increased price point to match. There were also cars like the Vauxhall Cavalier and the Mini Cooper, which sold millions of units and to this date are still being driven around the country and the world.

How well do you know your British cars? Are you able to identify all of them correctly or do you only know the popular ones? The only way to find out is to take this quiz! When you're done, ask your friends to take it so that you can compare your results.
